We foster a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment where all participants, children, young people, families, staff, volunteers, coaches, officials and members share responsibility for a culture of care. We uphold the Victorian Child Safe Standards and celebrate diversity, including a strong commitment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and LGBTQI+ communities, so everyone feels valued, included and able to thrive.
