The Melbourne Tigers are delighted to announce the signing of Eve Braslis for the 2025 NBL1 South season. A 6’1 forward with exceptional length, athleticism, and scoring efficiency, Eve brings a wealth of international experience and versatility to the Tigers lineup.
Eve is currently playing for PeKa in the Finnish League and competing in the prestigious EuroCup, where she is averaging an impressive 14 points per game on a remarkable 67% shooting from the field, alongside 5 rebounds and 3 assists per game. Her ability to finish around the rim and make an impact in multiple areas of the game has made her a standout at every level.
Eve’s collegiate career saw her play for both Pepperdine and Utah Valley, where she honed her skills and developed into a dynamic forward. Her signing adds significant depth and skill to the Tigers’ frontcourt as they prepare for the 2025 season.
Head Coach Kaleb praised Eve’s abilities and her potential impact on the team:
“Eve is a highly efficient scorer with the versatility to affect the game in so many ways. Her length and athleticism give her a unique edge on both ends of the floor, and her ability to finish around the rim makes her a constant offensive threat. Eve’s a great person and is great mates witch Charlotte, Sara and Ella so I know she will fit into our group and culture seamlessly. We’re thrilled to have her join the Tigers family.”
Eve shared her excitement about joining the Tigers: “I’m really excited to be a part of Melbourne Tigers for this next NBL1 South season. Kaleb has built a really good program, and I already know quite a few of the girls and they are a great group, so I think we’ll have a really good season next year. I’m excited to compete for a championship with them.”
The Melbourne Tigers look forward to welcoming Eve Braslis to the team and seeing her make an immediate impact in the 2025 NBL1 South season when she returns from Finland.
