Mason Gaze is back for another NBL1 season!

The Rookie Me Melbourne Tigers would like to announce Mason Gaze as a returning player for the upcoming NBL1 Season!

A name synonymous with the Melbourne Tigers, Mason continues to make his own mark. Last season, he put up impressive numbers, averaging 14.09 points, 2.95 assists, 5.09 rebounds, and 1.36 steals per game and was key to the Tigers structure.

Beyond his on-court impact, Mason is a respected leader in our community, coaching the U14.1 Boys Junior Tigers team and shaping the future of our club.

Assistant coach Jay Lomer has been impressed with the work ethic and Mason’s commitment to improving his game.

“Mason made some huge strides each season since joining the senior team. He has been diligent with his preparation for the 2025 season, and we are confident that he is going to have another impressive season” Lomer said.

Mason highlighted his excitement to return to the Tigers.

 “I’m super excited for this upcoming season to continue to work towards the ultimate goal of a championship. Our squad has been working super hard this offseason and believe we can build on a solid 2024 to make a good run at it in 2025. Go Tigers.”
